Unfortunately health insurance does not typically pay for BHRT or non-surgical medical weight loss. Therefore, we do not accept insurance. Services may be paid for with cash, major credit card, health savings account (HSA) credit card, or care credit. Please note we do not file insurance and it is your responsibility to determine what your HSA account will allow.

If needed, we recommend labs be done prior to your initial appointment and periodically to evaluate overall health, kidney and liver function (if you are prescribed medications that might affect them). If you've had the recommended labs done within the past 6 months, we can review those. Securely email lab results at least 24 hours prior to your appointment to: tina@balancehormoneandweight.com

Yes! Telehealth appointments are available for medical weight management and as needed for pellet hormone therapy follow-up. BHRT hormone pellets are inserted in the clinic. 

We prescribe a variety of prescription medications and nutraceuticals. If recommended, medications will be shipped to our clinic or directly to your home in discreet packaging. All supplies + education are provided to ensure safe medication administration. 

Pharmaceutical grade supplements (nutraceuticals) are prescribed through BioTe and FullScript utilizing only trusted brands such as Thorne, Vital Nutrients, Pure Encapsulations, and more. Our customers automatically receive discounts on all products ordered through our FullScript account!

Most women need pelleting about every 3 to 4 months ($375)

Most men need pelleting about every 5 to 6 months ($775)
